This tier is built for clients that are looking for the basics and want thorough financial record keeping without all the extras. One of our certified bookkeepers will record and categorize your financial transactions, upload and record vendor invoices (accounts payable), record and send invoices (accounts receivable), prepare monthly financial statements, reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis, and help prepare your documents for your tax preparer. There will be a monthly cash flow email sent every month to give you a snapshot of your company's financial health. The cost for this tier is based on the number of average transactions and structure of business. Payroll services are also available at an extra cost.
Intermediate Service
Our middle tier plan is a great balance for companies where all the upper tier features aren’t necessary but they are still looking for high end value. This plan includes a monthly meeting with our managing director to review your reports with you, discuss your cash flow to help you confidently forecast for the future, and answer any questions you might have. Advanced Service
This is our top plan that we offer to our clients that gives you the most value and information for your company. This is our only plan that includes job costing to ensure you are making the profit you need to keep building your business. Start-up and Clean-up
Start-up Services: We are happy to get your company up and rolling with Quickbooks Online. From there you are welcome to continue the bookkeeping responsibilities on your own or have our team manage your books. This service is an hourly rate based on the need and structure of the company.
Clean-up Services: Already have your books going but are behind or incomplete? We will come in and transfer your record to QuickBooks online (if needed) and get everything up to date. This service is an hourly rate based on need and structure of business.
